Dominique was CEO & President of Infineum International Limited. Prior to that he was EMCC Worldwide Vice President, as well as Chairman of a joint venture in China with Sinopec and in the US with Dow. He was also a member of the ExxonMobil Chemical Worldwide Polymer leadership team. He was Managing Director of Exxon Chemical in France. He was on the team of foreign company Presidents which helped the French government attract foreign investment. Dominique has over 35 years’ experience in the chemical industry field in Exxon and Infineum. He was France Managing Director. The last position held in ExxonMobil was as EMCC Worldwide Vice President. Dominique currently works as a Consultant and NED. He has a Mechanical Engineering degree from I'Ecole des Mines de Saint-Etienne in Paris, France.

He has led a variety of assignments including strategic reviews, international expansions, business process changes, organisational re-alignments and systems introductions, with a focus on business value and tangible results. Brian’s clients include many of the UK’s most successful retailers in food, fashion and hard goods as well as a number of overseas retailers. Brian was recently the Managing Partner for Retail at Accenture and brings with him a wealth of experience and insight from the world of management consultancy.

MBA and Phd London Business School. A leading business educator, Dr Liz Mellon is considered one of the world's foremost authorities on leadership development. Liz was one of the two founders of the London office for Duke in 2000, its first venture outside the US. Her book on CEO development, Inside the Leader’s Mind: Five Ways to Think Like a Leader, was published by FT Prentice Hall in April 2011. Her new book, The New CFOs, will be published by Kogan Page in March 2012. Before joining Duke Corporate Education, Liz was Professor of Organizational Behavior at the London Business School and she served as Director of the Senior Executive Program, the London Business School's flagship program for senior executives. Prior to this Liz was Managing Partner in her own consultancy, Mellon Marketing Services.

Geoffrey Wood

He has been visiting Professor at the University of South Carolina and at the National Bureau for Economic Research at Harvard. In addition he is and has been an adviser to a number of central banks, including the Bank of England and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and City of London financial firms. He was also Special Adviser to the Treasury Select Committee of the House of Commons.
