Charles Barck

Founder & CEO of ChinPass

A senior international businessman whose career spans 20 years in Executive Education and Technology Business including 10 years of general management, in both corporate and entrepreneurial environment. He is an Innovative Learning and Development Director, Change and Leadership Specialist, Lecturer & Mentor at HEC Paris & Zhejiang University for Executive MBA. Charles is also a serial entrepreneur who has launched successful innovative B2B training services in France and China. He joined Shanghai WallStreet, an elite investor club of CEOs and has invested in some of the most promising Chinese Internet Startups. He is also an experienced Intercultural and Change Management Coach for Senior Executives who deal with business complexities, Strategic Organizational and Behavioral Change. Charles is now the CEO of ChinPass (chinpass.com) and co-founder of Quickspeaker (quickspeaker.com) with offices in France and China. Quickspeaker mobile apps are being used by more than 6 million people.

He studied Statistics at East China Normal University and psychology at Beijing Normal University, has a PhD degree in Education from Beijing Normal University and MBA degree from China-Europe International Business School. He has worked for CSM Media Research as deputy managing director, and Interbrand China as Chairman and CEO. He is also a visiting lecturer at Nanyang Technological University.

She has a degree in Biology Science from ZheJiang Normal University and Master Journalism from MinZu University of China.

Marcelino Elosua

Graduated in Business Studies from the Deusto Business School and in Sociology from the Complutense University of Madrid. He has an MBA and MA in International Economics from the University of Stanford where he held a Fulbright-Hays scholarship in 1979-81. He was CEO of Elosua and chairman of Aceites Carbonell until 1991, and has been founder and head of several businesses. He participated in the León Chamber of Commerce, as a member of the Board of Directors, as well as that of Córdoba, as vice-president. In 1993 he founded LID Editorial Empresarial and furthered his role of editor and author, which he had already begun in 1983 with the Stanford Business Dictionary. Within the academic world, he is an author of many professional books and articles and is a visiting lecturer in business schools. He is a member of the Círculo de Empresarios (Spanish Association of Businessmen), several boards and of LID’s nine Editorial Boards

Whether in America or in China, from early-stage venture capital to growth equity investments, Mr. Fu has demonstrated an outstanding investment performance, with in-depth understanding of technology-driven and high growth companies. His past experience includes: Partner at Pond Ventures, Co-founder and board member of GalaxyCore, Inc. Mr. Fu holds a BS from Peking University, a MS from Chinese Academy of Sciences, an MS in engineering from MIT, and an MBA from Stanford University.
